Regional Retail & Inside Sales Channels Marketing Manager

About the role

Hilti is looking for a Regional Retail & Inside Sales Channels Marketing Manager to drive growth of the Small Customer segment across Latin America. This strategic, hands‑on position will shape the commercial and marketing strategy, coach inside‑sales and retail teams, and ensure execution of the segment plan.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial and marketing strategy for the Small Customer segment across the region.
• Achieve regional Net Sales targets through Inside Sales, Hilti Stores and Digital Marketing.
• Lead initiatives to acquire, activate, retain and develop small customers using an omnichannel approach.
• Monitor segment performance, customer trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with market teams, sales leaders and digital marketing to execute campaigns and improve the customer journey.
• Conduct coaching, training and call‑rides to ensure successful implementation of commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, commercial excellence or channel management.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, commercial strategies and customer experience.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and a leadership orientation.
