Creative Marketing Manager

About the role

Nomad Elite is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to lead its international growth through YouTube and multi‑channel content marketing. Working directly with the CEO, you will shape strategy, produce on‑camera content, and travel worldwide to create high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy, from idea generation to scriptwriting and on‑camera presentation.
• Research trending and evergreen topics, craft compelling hooks, titles, and video outlines.
• Manage the content calendar, coordinate with video editors, designers, and other creatives.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth to refine content.
• Extend successful video concepts to LinkedIn, the company website, and Amazon book promotions.
• Produce LinkedIn posts, thought‑leadership articles, and website landing‑page copy.
• Support Amazon book marketing, including launch campaigns and cross‑channel content repurposing.
• Travel internationally for content production, interviews, podcasts, and on‑site projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in digital and video content.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to undertake frequent international travel and extended overseas stays.
