Booking Services Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Booking Services Coordinator to support our clients in researching options, coordinating arrangements and managing all booking details. This fully remote position involves guiding clients from initial inquiry through to post‑reservation support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client needs and preferences to tailor booking options.
• Research and evaluate available services and options.
• Coordinate booking and reservation requests, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide clients with confirmations, relevant information and handle changes or special requests.
• Maintain precise client and booking records and follow up on outstanding information.
• Communicate with service providers and deliver professional support before and after reservations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with reliable follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable researching information online and learning web‑based platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality or administrative roles is a plus.
