About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide operational, administrative and coordination support to the logistics team, ensuring efficient handling of import and export processes, proper document management and smooth communication with suppliers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments by sea, air and land.
- Track and follow up all import and export documentation.
- Monitor shipment status, update delays or incidents, and communicate changes.
- Prepare regular reports and handle client‑requested procedures.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and stay updated on international transport regulations.
Required profile
- Studying International Trade or Customs.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and international transport, preferably experience in a freight agency.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.

- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
