Early Careers Internship – Global Logistics

About the role

Maersk is offering a proactive internship for university students to gain hands‑on experience in global logistics and business operations. The role supports multiple departments, helping to optimise processes, analyse data and contribute to operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day tasks and projects across various departments.
• Gather and analyse data to identify process improvements.
• Conduct research and provide insights for ongoing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage reports and presentations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in coordinating activities between teams and departments.
• Participate in meetings, take notes and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (intermediate/advanced).
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work independently.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability to changing situations.
• Passion for global logistics and innovation.
• Approved by your educational institution to undertake the internship as part of your curriculum.
