About the role
Maersk is looking for university students to join its Early Careers program as interns. You will support various departments, contribute to data‑driven process improvements, and gain hands‑on experience in global logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day tasks and projects across different functions.
- Gather and analyse data to help optimise processes.
- Prepare and manage reports and presentations.
- Coordinate activities between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in meetings, take notes and follow up on action items.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (intermediate/advanced).
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work independently.
- Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
