About the role
This full‑time position provides formative support to the corporate legal team, focusing on document management, administrative coordination, and internal process improvement within a professional legal‑corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in handling, organizing, and digitizing legal and administrative files.
- Support the updating of databases and internal controls for the corporate area.
- Participate in preparing documentation required for internal corporate processes.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to the department’s operations.
- Attend internal corporate legal team meetings in a learning capacity.
Required profile
- Active student enrolled in a Law degree program in Panama.
- Strong interpersonal relations and professional communication across various entities.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and meet assigned timelines.
- Professional presentation suitable for a corporate setting.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as email, scanner, Excel, Google Sheets, and digital document handling.
