About the role

The company, a confidential multinational, is looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant to ensure smooth operation of accounting, financial, tax and personnel processes in Panama. The role provides accurate and timely information to support decision‑making for local and regional financial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Record, review and control office accounting operations, ensuring proper classification of financial transactions.
• Coordinate the accounting cycle with the Shared Service Center and prepare data for financial statements.
• Manage supplier and client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and produce aging reports.
• Execute periodic bank reconciliations, investigate differences and maintain financial controls.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports for local and regional leadership, including budget vs. actual analysis and cash‑flow projections.
• Support compliance with tax and regulatory obligations and coordinate with local, regional and shared‑service teams.
