Account Specialist – International Retail Accounts

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Specialist I to manage and support relationships with assigned international retail customers. The role serves as the primary point of contact, driving sales growth, coordinating orders and ensuring a smooth experience from order placement through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of key international retail accounts and drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, replenishment orders and expand product assortments.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment and invoicing, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor order status, communicate updates, and resolve discrepancies, shipment or billing issues.
• Maintain accurate account information, order records and performance reporting.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, order management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP systems, EDI and customer portals.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
