Knowledge Management Consultant – Social Infrastructure

About the role

The Knowledge Management Consultant will support the Social Infrastructure Group (GIS) in creating, editing, and disseminating knowledge products that advance sustainable, resilient, and innovative social infrastructure across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, quality‑check, and publish technical documents, guides, studies, blogs and other specialized materials.
• Manage editorial workflows in the Bank’s institutional platforms (e.g., Convergencia) and track consulting activities linked to knowledge products.
• Coordinate the full development cycle of knowledge products, liaising with authors, consultants, reviewers, designers, translators and other Bank units to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Work with INE and Bank communications teams to plan and implement diffusion strategies for publications, events, trainings and related activities.
• Produce communication assets such as news items, social‑media messages, presentations, graphics, videos and other digital content.
• Maintain digital assets including intranet sites, digital catalogs, databases, indicators and dashboards for monitoring results.
• Support monitoring, analysis and reporting of indicators related to production, diffusion and use of knowledge products and training activities.
• Provide operational assistance for reports, events, training sessions and internal processes related to knowledge management and technical cooperation.

Required profile

• Motivated and proactive professional with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating editorial or knowledge‑management processes is preferred.
