Part-time Senior Copywriter (B2B Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a senior copywriter who can craft persuasive, technical web copy for B2B audiences. The role is part‑time and fully remote, focusing on content that speaks to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other technical decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Write hero sections, service descriptions, case studies and FAQs for high‑visibility commercial pages using structured, research‑backed briefs.
• Edit pre‑drafted copy for voice, rhythm and flow while adhering to a defined style framework.
• Maintain strict fact‑based writing, using only verified claims and flagging any gaps or questionable data.
• Deliver production‑ready copy and provide brief notes on what worked and what needed adjustment to improve internal processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience writing for software development, outsourcing or consulting firms.
• Proven ability to write for technical decision‑makers in a concrete, plain style free of marketing fluff.
• Experience working with US‑based enterprises, either in‑house or agency.
• Comfort with detailed briefs, style guides and fact constraints while keeping the copy engaging.
• Background in conversion‑focused and technical long‑form content.
• Familiarity with SEO‑informed writing and collaboration with SEO teams.
