Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the digital presence of Semah Group’s brands across social media and online channels. Working closely with senior management, the role ensures content relevance, community interaction, and brand reputation align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a content calendar for all group brands (e.g., Haus, Colinas, Semah Group).
• Create, edit, and publish tailored content (text, images, video) for each platform.
• Engage daily with the community, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly.
• Monitor online reputation, identifying opportunities and risks proactively.
• Coordinate with design, advertising, photography, and video agencies for asset production.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, tracking budgets and performance.
• Produce regular performance reports covering reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Oversee coverage of events, launches, and group activities on social channels.
• Identify trends and partnership opportunities with influencers and strategic allies.
• Handle reputation crises, escalating to senior management when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience managing social media or digital communication, preferably for multiple brands.
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone to different brand voices.
• Organized, able to manage several calendars and projects simultaneously.
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling online reputation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge (preferred).
