About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, creative professional with a strong visual eye and a passion for sport, activewear and lifestyle. The role combines technical photography expertise with the ability to conceive and bring to life compelling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop the photographic vision for brands, translating identity and communication goals into visual concepts for campaigns, e‑commerce and brand content.
• Capture, edit and retouch images for e‑commerce, catalogs, campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Operate cameras, lighting, composition and direct shoots both in studio and on location.
• Conceptualise and execute visual campaigns, creating moodboards, references and creative proposals.
• Coordinate all aspects of photo shoots, including models, locations, product styling, schedules and production logistics.
• Style and prepare products, models and scenes for optimal visual impact.

Required profile

• Strong mastery of photography, lighting, editing and retouching.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Lightroom and other editing tools.
• Excellent eye for composition, styling and visual direction.
• Affinity for sport, activewear, fashion and lifestyle (advantage).
• Ability to turn ideas or references into a complete visual production.
• Curious, proactive, creative, collaborative, autonomous and highly execution‑focused.
• Portfolio required.
