Volunteer Mentor for Youth Training Program

About the role

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as mentors for the third edition of the "Ponte Pilas" program in Panama. Over a six‑week period, you will guide a team of five young participants, helping them develop projects that address community challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Support and orient a team throughout the virtual and onsite program.
• Assist presenters during classes and workshops.
• Encourage active participation, teamwork, and motivation.
• Monitor the progress of each project and provide constructive feedback.
• Help youth translate ideas into impactful proposals.

Required profile

• Strong commitment and empathy toward young people.
• Initiative and willingness to share personal experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and hybrid environment.
