About the role

The Academic Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of academic, administrative and financial processes within assigned areas, supporting institutional objectives and delivering a high‑quality educational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the budget of assigned areas, ensuring efficient execution.
• Participate in academic planning, including faculty hiring, group formation and academic calendar scheduling.
• Analyze student demand by course, program and campus to anticipate period needs.
• Coordinate faculty assignment, training, evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Oversee academic processes such as grade submission and record updates.
• Maintain accurate faculty and student records.
• Review documentation for course validation according to established guidelines.
• Contribute to the evaluation of new programs, considering cost and sizing.
• Prepare reports and indicators for the Academic Direction.
• Identify improvement opportunities in academic and administrative processes.
• Support initiatives aimed at student and faculty development.
• Maintain effective communication with all areas involved in academic management.

Required profile

• Graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, Educational Management, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic management or educational institutions.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Ability to analyze information and handle multiple processes simultaneously.
