Técnico de Infraestructura – CPCI

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Technician to monitor and ensure the availability of the bank’s technology services. The role involves continuous surveillance of critical applications and infrastructure, incident handling and escalation, and participation in 24x7 shift rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the technology infrastructure and critical applications using monitoring tools.
• Identify, log and escalate alerts and incidents according to established procedures.
• Track incidents to resolution, keeping ticket information up‑to‑date.
• Validate the status of servers, applications, networks and related services.
• Execute documented runbooks for common events and coordinate escalations with infrastructure, development and vendor teams.
• Support basic security event verification in collaboration with other areas.
• Participate in 24x7 monitoring and change deployment shifts for the CPCI operation.
• Document incidents and activities clearly and support basic continuity tests (BCP/DRP).

Required profile

• Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of technology infrastructure (servers, networks, applications).
• Basic English reading skills for technical documentation.
• Desirable experience in support, monitoring or IT operations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Grafana.
• Understanding of server and network infrastructure.
• Experience with incident ticketing and runbook execution.
• Basic knowledge of business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DRP) processes.
