About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will ensure the reliability and performance of our technology solutions by designing, executing, and automating functional, integration, and performance tests. You will work closely with development and product teams to identify risks early and deliver secure, business‑aligned products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document test cases for web, mobile, API, and backend services.
• Identify, report, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle until resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results, highlight risks, and suggest improvements.
• Validate REST services, backend components, and system integration flows.
• Collaborate in agile squads with developers, analysts, and product owners.
• Use test management, issue tracking, and version control tools to ensure traceability.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Development, IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with test planning, case creation, and documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• API testing tools such as Postman.
• Performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Testing of REST and SOAP endpoints.
• Browser, frontend, and backend testing.
• Smoke, regression, performance, and load testing.
• Agile methodology.
