Talent Sourcing Partner – Build Candidate Pipelines

About the role

As a Talent Sourcing Partner at Philips you will connect top talent with opportunities, building strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions. You will work closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to shape sourcing strategies and deliver an engaging, compliant recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and engage strong pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing, market mapping and advanced search techniques.
• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
• Provide talent intelligence and market insights to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• Identify and proactively engage prospective candidates, building meaningful relationships and matching them with relevant opportunities at Philips.
• Act as a trusted sourcing advisor, sharing best practices, highlighting market challenges and prioritising sourcing needs across critical searches.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or related roles such as Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience with proactive sourcing, candidate attraction, market mapping and talent pipelining using advanced search techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for identifying and engaging talent.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
