Talent Coach (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Coach at Toptal you will work remotely with a global network of top‑tier professionals. You will help engineers, designers, finance experts and other talent overcome performance challenges, improve their project management and communication skills, and return to good standing on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to talent, delivering actionable advice on project management, communication and professionalism.
• Investigate past performance data and interview recordings to assess talent status and compliance with platform terms.
• Design and deliver live webinars, group coaching sessions and workshops to prevent future performance issues.
• Evaluate inbound coaching requests and select the most appropriate coaching method based on guidelines and data.
• Document coaching activities to measure impact, support ROI‑positive scaling and improve processes.
• Monitor and propose enhancements to Talent Coaching operations for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in coaching, talent development or related HR functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to review performance data and interview recordings.
• Comfortable working fully remote and independently.
• Ability to design and facilitate webinars or group learning sessions.
