About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth and Algorithmic Innovation Lead to design and execute data‑driven social media strategies for leading US financial brands. This 3‑month remote fellowship blends AI analytics, behavioral economics, and digital innovation to boost consumer trust and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑generational social media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, using predictive distribution models to maximize organic reach and conversion.
• Integrate generative AI and machine‑learning tools for real‑time churn prediction, creative personalization, and performance optimization.
• Own the full project lifecycle—from concept and cross‑functional planning to execution, monitoring, and post‑project analysis.
• Design executive‑level dashboards that translate attribution data into ROI, CAC, LTV, and share‑of‑voice metrics.
• Lead rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and consumer journey touchpoints.
• Monitor emerging platforms and algorithmic shifts to secure first‑mover advantage in the financial sector.
