Store Sales Representative – Colón

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Representative to join our retail location in Colón, Panama. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their energy needs, and guiding them to the right solar and energy‑storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store, identifying their energy requirements.
• Present and recommend solar panels, batteries, inverters, UPS and other energy‑storage products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Follow up on inquiries, orders and after‑sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new customers.
• Support daily store operations, including product displays and inventory management.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• Fluent Spanish with good communication skills; basic to intermediate English is a plus.
• Strong sales mindset, customer‑oriented attitude and negotiation abilities.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of solar energy products.
• Familiarity with energy‑storage solutions such as batteries, inverters and UPS.
• Understanding of electrical products.
