Specialist, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely with flexible options, the role supports hiring across all functions and geographies, ensuring high‑quality recruitment aligned with the organisation’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of high‑volume roles, from brief to offer acceptance and hand‑over.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, using advertising and direct sourcing as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience and professional representation of SCI.
• Coordinate interview and assessment processes, brief panels, prepare materials and document decisions.
• Handle offers and pre‑employment processes in line with SCI policy, escalating risks when required.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing market insight and proactive updates.
• Support Country Office HR teams as a regional contact point, sharing global TA advisory and resources.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to work in the chosen location for the duration of employment.
• Fluent English; Spanish highly preferred.
• Experience in end‑to‑end recruitment within a global or multi‑site environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and uphold SCI’s values throughout the hiring process.
