Senior QA Engineer – AI‑DNA & GenAI Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will lead AI‑augmented test automation for our cutting‑edge products. You will work closely with engineering teams, using GenAI tools such as OpenAI API, Claude Code and Cursor to design smarter, faster test suites that keep our software reliable at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute AI‑enhanced test strategies, leveraging GenAI tools to generate test cases and uncover edge‑case scenarios.
• Build, maintain and scale Selenium‑based automation frameworks in Python, Java or JavaScript.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to ensure every commit is validated.
• Analyze test results and production telemetry to identify failure patterns and provide data‑driven quality metrics.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on test failures and production incidents, delivering recommendations to reduce defect escape.
• Define, track and report quality KPIs such as test coverage, defect density and mean time to detect.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on automation architecture, GenAI‑assisted testing and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and testability requirements early in the development cycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on test automation.
• Strong background in Selenium‑based automation and experience writing tests in Python, Java or JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams from design through deployment.
