Senior Manager - Deployment Excellence

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Deploy Excellence Service Standards.
• Lead development, maintenance and implementation of Deployment Excellence Standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to guide standard updates.
• Develop adaptable resource planning tools and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Engage and manage expectations of major stakeholders and customers throughout projects.
• Manage budgets for the area of responsibility and provide financial input.
• Collaborate across SC Excellence, Innovative Medicine, MT Supply Chains and JJT, sharing best practices.
• Maintain relationships with external providers, onboarding resources as needed.
• Support the Deployment Excellence Center of Excellence and identify qualified subject matter experts.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale complex system deployments.
• Strong communication and change‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of GxP and SOX regulations.
• Experience in a support organization with functional and matrix structures.
• Success building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple team members in a matrix environment.
• Strong project and program management background, including risk management.
• Demonstrated initiative in innovative approaches within a fast‑paced global setting.
