Master Data Associate

About the role

Support master data operations by executing standardized maintenance activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established processes. Contribute to operational excellence through timely execution of requests, data validation, and data quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute master data maintenance activities according to procedures, policies and SLAs.
• Create, update, extend and block master data records across assigned business processes and systems.
• Review and validate requests for completeness, accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Perform routine data quality checks, support data cleansing and execute standard mass updates.
• Escalate complex issues to the Master Data Expert and collaborate with requestors and business users.
• Prepare operational reports, perform basic data analysis and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Currently studying the last two years of University or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or Finance.
• Previous internship, academic projects or up to 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, business operations or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work in a process‑driven environment and follow established procedures.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (strong skills, large datasets).
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP (advantage).
• Intermediate to advanced English.
