Decision Modeler

About the role

Blue Polaris Inc. is seeking a Decision Modeler to work remotely with a global team. You will use decision modeling and elicitation techniques to capture, formalize, and automate complex business decisions for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct decision‑modeling elicitation sessions with customer SMEs and capture decision structures and business rules.
• Refine, complete, and validate decision models, reviewing policies, regulations and documentation.
• Present models to stakeholders and collaborate with developers to implement them in Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) and build performance dashboards.
• Review implemented rules and dashboards for compliance and assist in delivering decision‑modeling training.

Required profile

• Proven experience eliciting requirements from groups of SMEs.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to small groups.
• Self‑starter, highly logical, well‑organized and willing to travel when needed.
