Senior Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Senior Logistics Specialist will own origin planning execution for the Inbound Hub LAM, linking data, systems and stakeholders to ensure origin readiness, inbound availability and timely market delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate origin planning data across systems, trackers and Power BI reports.
• Update daily dashboards with shipment, PO, consolidation and exception information and act on overdue items, volume deviations and SLA gaps.
• Execute PO follow‑up, consolidation monitoring, campaign prioritisation and exception management while coordinating factories, carriers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Monitor 3PL SLA performance, track shipment readiness and loading plans, and document root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate execution updates, risks and opportunities to regional and cross‑functional partners and support decision‑making with data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or analytics.
• Proactive problem‑solver with ownership and execution focus.
• Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with SAP AFS, Infor Nexus, Lakehouse and Databricks (or similar data platforms).
