Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

A fast-growing, U.S.-based digital marketing organization is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its client-facing team. You will own strategic relationships, guide cross-functional teams and ensure exceptional delivery across several client accounts, working remotely on a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Lead performance reviews, strategic planning sessions and client presentations
• Manage daily account communications and coordinate specialists so projects are delivered on time
• Monitor campaign performance across paid media, SEO, creative, web development and digital marketing
• Identify risks early and work with delivery teams on solutions
• Maintain project documentation and account records, and develop account growth plans and upsell opportunities

Required profile

• 5+ years in a client-facing role within a digital or performance marketing agency
• Proven experience managing several mid-to-large client accounts at once
• Experience advising on web development and landing page optimization
• Experience supporting clients in competitive or regulated sectors such as e-commerce, legal services or consumer products
• Consistent availability during the agreed hours and willingness to follow the client's guidelines and KPIs

Required skills

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Programmatic (DV360), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn)
• SEO, creative development and basic marketing automation
• Performance creative strategy and creative testing frameworks
• Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp
