Latin American Students - Panama Internship Program

About the role

P&G's Latin America internship program invites active undergraduate students from Latin America to spend a minimum of 6 months at its Latin American headquarters in Panama City, Panama. Interns join one of the departments Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales or Product Supply and work on projects from day one. Working hours are flexible (20-40 hours per week).

Key responsibilities

• Own, lead and deliver key projects from day one.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues from different backgrounds and markets.
• Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork.
• Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from managers and colleagues.
• Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment.

Required profile

• Active undergraduate student in Latin America with 6-12 months left to graduate.
• If not currently in Panama, able to move there until graduation and commit to projects lasting at least 6 months.
• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an end-goal oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Understanding of business principles and basic financial acumen.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Nice to have: experience in project management and knowledge of marketing strategies.
