SAP HR Solutions Manager

About the role

The SAP HR Solutions Manager will lead the strategy, evolution and stability of Dollarcity’s Human Resources technology ecosystem. Acting as a bridge between IT and HR, you will ensure that SAP SuccessFactors and UKG/Kronos platforms enable talent processes efficiently, scalably and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, LMS) and UKG/Kronos Dimensions.
• Maintain operational stability and provide functional/technical support to guarantee high availability.
• Establish standards, best practices and technical guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Translate HR business needs into sustainable technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, monitor KPIs and control budgets.
• Lead transformation projects, ensuring scope, timeline and quality compliance.
• Oversee internal and external teams, fostering capability development.
• Ensure seamless integration between HR platforms and other corporate systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, support and system availability.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience managing HR technology platforms and integrations.
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation within HR.
• Strong stakeholder management skills between IT and HR functions.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Learning Management System).
• UKG/Kronos Dimensions.
• ITIL certification.
• COBIT framework knowledge.
• SAP Activate methodology.
