Risk and Process Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a Risk and Process Consultant in Panama City to support advisory projects for clients across different sectors. The consultant helps analyse, document, evaluate and improve processes, identify risks and controls, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information and draw up flowcharts and process maps
• Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare risk and control matrices, document results and write executive presentations and reports
• Support clients in strengthening operations, managing risks and transforming processes

Required profile

• Recent graduate or near-graduate in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Engineering, or Business Administration with a focus on processes or operations
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Basic knowledge of internal control and risk management, and of management indicators
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Basic project management knowledge

Required skills

• Process mapping with MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Bizagi or similar tools
• Power BI
• Basic knowledge of Alteryx is valued
