Rewards & Wellbeing Lead

About the role

Inchcape CARCAM is seeking a Rewards & Wellbeing Lead to design, implement and manage the total rewards strategy for its Caribbean & Central America cluster. Based in Panama, you will ensure compensation, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s total rewards strategy, covering compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition and variable pay.
• Manage annual salary review, merit increases, market benchmarking, pay‑equity assessments and salary structures.
• Review and approve compensation recommendations for promotions, transfers and new hires.
• Own HR personnel cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and control, partnering with Finance.
• Oversee employee benefits programs, vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Develop and execute employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives, measuring effectiveness.
• Administer annual bonus, sales incentives and short‑term incentive plans.
• Provide reward analytics, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and data‑privacy standards.
• Manage external reward and benefits providers, monitoring service levels and budget efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits and HR cost management.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and reward governance.
• Ability to partner with finance and senior leadership.
