Reservations Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Support Specialist who will ensure smooth and accurate handling of reservation inquiries from start to finish. The role is focused on research, coordination, and clear communication while maintaining up‑to‑date reservation records.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation‑related questions and process requests.
• Research availability and service options for clients.
• Coordinate reservation details and verify confirmations for accuracy.
• Communicate updates, important information, and special requests.
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and follow‑up on incomplete items.
• Maintain organized documentation and liaise with service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
• Organizational abilities and comfort using online systems.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
• Previous reservation or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
