QA Automation Manager

About the role

Tafi is looking for a QA Automation Manager to lead the quality strategy for its digital products, ensuring reliable, secure deliveries that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain an enterprise‑wide testing strategy.
• Supervise automated end‑to‑end, API, and regression test suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Validate REST and gRPC APIs as well as MongoDB and MS SQL databases.
• Report quality metrics such as defect rate, test coverage, and resolution time.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies as the quality reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of QA experience, with a minimum of 2 years leading QA automation teams.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban agile methodologies.
• ISTQB or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English, especially for technical reading.
• Fintech or banking experience is desirable.
