Senior QA Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality for our AI voice virtual agent. The role combines reasoning about large-language-model behavior with deep knowledge of SIP traces and telephony. You will design test approaches for non-deterministic, end-to-end voice-call systems.

Key responsibilities

• Embed in a Scrum team, participate in ceremonies and maintain artifacts.
• Own the end-to-end test strategy across LLM, speech, and telephony layers.
• Design complex conversational test scenarios, including multi-turn dialogues, interruptions, and escalation.
• Build an evaluation framework using golden datasets, semantic assertions and regression detection.
• Provision SIP devices, drive programmatic calls and automate media-condition testing.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines as release gates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of QA experience with hands-on ownership of complex integrated products.
• Practical experience testing SIP/VoIP systems, troubleshooting SIP traces or packet captures.
• Proficiency in Python to build and maintain automation frameworks.
• Experience with non-deterministic or probabilistic system testing and designing variable-output assertions.
• Strong analytical skills to define quality metrics and use data for release decisions.
