Process and Automation Consultant for Audit

About the role

PWC is seeking a Process and Automation Consultant to support its audit teams in Panama. The role involves analysing audit processes, identifying automation opportunities, and developing technology solutions that improve efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage automations for audit tests and procedures.
• Analyse, map and design processes, identifying improvement and automation opportunities.
• Design workflows using BPMN methodology.
• Participate in the development and implementation of client‑facing technology solutions.
• Support migration and adaptation of solutions to new platforms.
• Structure and visualise data for reporting using Power BI and related tools.

Required profile

• Graduate in Software Development, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, audit, banking and finance.
• Problem‑solving mindset, initiative and critical analysis skills.

Required skills

• Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, advanced Excel.
• Python and SQL programming.
• BPMN process‑design.
• Data modelling, transformation and visualisation.
