About the role

Join PwC as an IT Intern focused on the IFS (Information Technology) service line. You will support the firm’s technology infrastructure, helping internal and external clients resolve technical issues while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support clients through multiple channels, handling incidents from L2 up to L4 levels.
• Monitor network performance and assist in implementing security measures.
