About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to join its Management Consulting team in Panama City. In this role you will work closely with senior business leaders to solve complex problems, drive innovation and create sustainable change through the strategic use of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement SAP‑based strategies that align with client objectives.
• Support management teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring quality delivery.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate technology, process and people initiatives.
• Monitor compliance, manage change and help clients navigate regulatory complexity.
• Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs and deliver high‑impact results.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with several years of consulting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, self‑aware and capable of developing a personal brand.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
