About the role

PwC is seeking a Consulting Intern to join its Advisory team in Panama City. The role supports clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and capital markets accounting advisory, providing strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering strategic advice for M&A, divestiture and restructuring transactions.
• Support capital markets accounting advisory engagements, including transaction structuring and financial reporting.
• Analyze complex accounting issues and prepare documentation for public and private deals.
• Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with senior team members to produce high‑quality deliverables for clients.
