PMIS IT Support Personnel

About the role

AECOM is seeking a PMIS IT Support Personnel to join its Panama City team. The role provides technical supervision and supports the delivery of infrastructure projects by ensuring the Project Management Information System (PMIS) operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and assist in managerial functions for assigned staff.
• Support departmental planning and coordinate project assignments and resources.
• Manage small‑to‑medium size projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in day‑to‑day activities, project scoping, and resource management.
• Define, monitor, and report on project budgets.
• Develop and propose business policies and procedures to guide the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
