Systems Engineer – New College Graduate (2026) – LATAM

About the role

The RRS Group is looking for a motivated new‑college graduate to join its technology team in Panama City. You will support infrastructure, cloud platforms, and emerging AI‑driven initiatives within a fast‑paced real‑estate and property‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server, storage, and GPU‑based infrastructure.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, Java, or JavaScript.
• Monitor system performance and operational health, and contribute to incident response.
• Document infrastructure, create reports, and use Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization.
• Explore integration of Generative AI tools into operational workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, IT or related field, graduating between May 2025 and August 2026.
• Less than six months of full‑time relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
