Networking & Security Engineer – Core Infrastructure Services

About the role

Signify is looking for a Networking & Security Engineer to join its Global Network Services team. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s global LAN, wireless, and switching infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across all enterprise locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, wireless, and switching services in a worldwide environment.
• Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for network issues.
• Configure and manage network switches, wireless access points, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor network performance and health using platforms such as SolarWinds.
• Execute infrastructure changes following change‑management procedures.
• Assist with network implementation projects, upgrades, site deployments, and connectivity initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Panama City, Panama (candidates from Latin America considered).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing and switching.
• Network administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco ISE.
• Familiarity with wireless networking solutions and performance monitoring.
