Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Langan is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Panama City. The role supports business development by preparing proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing event materials while researching new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, assist with, and track proposals, statements of qualifications, RFQs, RFPs, pricing, and other marketing collateral from concept to completion.
• Compose, edit, and create graphic material; assemble staff resumes and project experience for RFQs, RFPs, and reports.
• Coordinate, track, and support the firm’s business development and marketing activities.
• Prepare and complete 330 standard federal forms.
• Assist in coordinating trade shows and special events.
• Design schedules and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to meet deadlines.
• Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Internship or professional experience in real estate, architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Ability to self‑manage, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deliverables.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
