Junior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

About the role

Prime Solutions Tax & Legal is looking for a motivated Junior Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to support its legal team in Panama. The role involves assisting international clients with corporate and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation and business establishment in Panama.
• Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, and legal agreements.
• Handle corporate maintenance, private interest foundation matters, and commercial licensing.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, and immigration departments and support the Legal Lead.

Required profile

• Law degree and a valid Panamanian law license.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Panamanian corporate and commercial law.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
