Bilingual Immigration and Corporate Lawyer – On‑site Panama City

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Panama City supports clients with immigration and corporate legal matters. The lawyer will provide advice, draft documents, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation on immigration processes, corporate structures, and labor considerations.
• Prepare, review, and file contracts, corporate documents, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and stay updated on administrative requirements.
• Interact with government entities, negotiate on behalf of clients, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid license to practice in Panama; specialization in immigration or corporate law is a plus.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience establishing and managing companies from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
