IT Infrastructure Intern

About the role

Contribute to the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, which is crucial for the seamless operation of our business. Your efforts will enable our teams to work efficiently and securely, supporting Philips' mission to improve the health and well‑being of people around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide support in managing servers, databases, and storage on‑premise and in cloud environments.
• Offer technical support to end‑users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects, contributing to planning, execution, and documentation.
• Support the development and enhancement of digital tools to improve employee experience and productivity.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Required profile

• Current final‑year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of network configurations, server management, and IT security principles.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a proactive attitude.
