HR Intern - Global Procurement

About the role

Nestlé Global Procurement is looking for an HR Intern in Panama, working hybrid and full time for 12 months. You will support the Human Resources team with HR administration, onboarding, employee documentation and internal communications, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives in a global environment. The position reports to the HR Specialist Sr. / HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Onboarding and employee administration: support onboarding of interns and new employees, prepare onboarding documentation, run induction sessions, maintain and archive employee files and digital records.
• Contracts and compliance: help prepare and update employment and internship contracts, coordinate their submission to external legal counsel, follow up on contract status and file signed contracts.
• HR operations support: coordinate documentation for intern payments, maintain digital files, support internal HR projects, assist with employee data management and help coordinate internal HUB events and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, available for a 12-month internship.
• Advanced written and spoken English, clear professional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude, attention to detail and interest in how a global business operates.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Interest in using data to identify trends and communicate findings.
