About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the comprehensive operations of a company specialized in fire‑protection engineering and system implementation. The role focuses on strengthening processes, teams, and management systems to support growth and achieve a more standardized, measurable, and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring schedules, quality, costs and profitability.
• Coordinate operations, purchasing, logistics, administration and warehouse functions.
• Supervise budgets, costs, margins and financial performance of projects.
• Implement and monitor KPIs and management dashboards.
• Optimize processes and develop standardized operating procedures.
• Promote technological tools to improve operational control.
• Oversee quotations, budgets, tenders and offer margins.
• Lead administrative, technical and operational teams, fostering talent and autonomy.
• Maintain presence on projects and with strategic clients when required.
• Present results and improvement opportunities to General Management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in project or business‑unit management.
• Background in construction, MEP, HVAC, electromechanical, industrial automation or related fields.
• Experience managing teams and projects with responsibility for costs, margins or P&L.
• Track record implementing processes, KPIs and management systems.
• Degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards is a plus.
