Ejecutivo de Ventas de Proyectos Luxury – Construcción

About the role

The Luxury Project Sales Executive will develop and manage commercial opportunities in the construction, remodeling and design sector, providing specialized advice on materials, finishes, kitchens and related products from prospect identification to closing the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of materials, finishes, kitchens and related products.
• Prospect and sell on‑site, identifying new projects and commercial opportunities.
• Follow up with clients and projects from first contact through to closure.
• Advise customers on available solutions and product ranges.
• Interpret architectural plans to identify requirements and sales opportunities.
• Prepare and track quotations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders and other project stakeholders.
• Achieve commercial targets and monitor ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales.
• Background in commercializing construction materials, finishes, kitchens or related products.
• Experience in field sales or outside sales.
• Knowledge of the construction market and projects in Panama.
• Ability to develop a client portfolio and generate new opportunities.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
