Restoration Supervisor

You will lead restoration projects, ensuring a positive customer experience while restoring homes and businesses to their pre‑damage condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and track satisfaction through online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to technicians and supervise their activities.
• Coordinate production processes, ensure quality control, and oversee safety hazards.
• Document detailed job files and manage labor, consumable usage, and equipment assets.

Required profile

• Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred; high school diploma or GEDIICRC certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50‑100 lb, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary and pass a background check.
